Support for what hurts and what you hope to change.
Therapy for individuals, couples, adolescents & teens, offered primarily in Yuba City, with Roseville appointments and secure telehealth available across California.
01
Individual therapy
I support you in reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been silenced, protected, or carried alone for too long, while helping you navigate concerns that can feel overwhelming or even debilitating—including anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, hopelessness, suicidality, and self-harm. Together, we build safety, capacity, and greater mind–body awareness at a pace that honors you.
02
Couples therapy
Attachment-focused care for recurring conflict, disconnection, trust injuries, intimacy concerns, and the impact of trauma on relationships.
Specialized support for couples when past or present trauma is hijacking the relationship. Together, partners can understand trauma responses, reduce blame, strengthen emotional safety, and learn ways to support healing without losing their own voice.
04
Trauma therapy
Trauma-responsive support for complex, developmental, relational, and attachment trauma and dissociation, including sexual assault and inescapable attack—helping you reconnect with your body’s signals and learn to trust your instincts again.
05
Somatic & body-based therapy
Gentle attention to sensation, regulation, and protective responses to help you build capacity and reconnect with yourself.
06
EMDR for children
Developmentally responsive EMDR that may use play, stories, art, movement, and caregiver support to help children approach difficult memories with preparation, choice, and less fear.
07
Self-esteem, confidence & empowerment
Compassionate work to soften self-criticism, reconnect with personal strengths, practice healthy boundaries, and build a more grounded sense of self.
08
Adolescents & teens
Warm, age-appropriate support for identity, self-esteem, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, suicidality, self-harm, and family relationships. Adventure Therapy and other experiential approaches can create engaging opportunities to build confidence, coping skills, connection, and resilience.

I welcome honest conversations about suicidal thoughts and self-harm, and we will work collaboratively to understand risk, strengthen safety, and identify the right level of support. Outpatient therapy is not emergency care. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or call or text 988.
