Therapist Bio

The Heart of My Work

I believe life happens in the spaces between—between what is said and what is felt, between longing and protection, between the life you’ve built and the one your mind & body is asking you to create.

My work is rooted in helping individuals and couples slow down, listen more deeply, and begin to make sense of the patterns that shape their relationships, emotions, and sense of self. I offer a therapy space that is warm, thoughtful, and deeply attuned—where you do not have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or hold it all together.

I work with individuals navigating complicated relationships—often within themselves—life’s stressors, and many mental health concerns including complex, childhood, developmental, and relational trauma, including sexual assault and inescapable attack; mood and personality disorders; agoraphobia and panic attacks; anxiety; depression; relationship distress; emotional overwhelm; and dissociation. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, and somatic practices to support holistic healing that is not only insightful, but embodied. Together, we gently explore what lives beneath the surface, creating room for clarity, self-compassion, and more secure connection.
